Why do you need my mobile number?

ShopLyne asks you for your mobile number only if you:
Want to place an order – To update you on your order status and inform you when your order is on its way or is ready for pickup,

Add to Wishlist – To save your list for future use

Want to leave a store rating or review

How do I find something on ShopLyne?

Go to Search (the magnifying glass icon on the top menu) and type in what you’re looking for. Our smart search gives you search results by products, stores and product categories.

I’m not looking for anything in particular. How do I just browse?

Tap on the top left menu / slide right on the home screen to browse by product category. You can also head over to the Stores tab and enter a store to window-shop.

How do I narrow / refine my search?

To refine your search, go to Filter (tap on the filter icon on the bottom right of your screen) and filter the results by product category, price and brand name.
To narrow your search based on your location, go to Change Radius (slide left for the menu) and narrow your search radius for results closer to your chosen location.

How do I know more about a product before I order it?

Just tap on the product you’re interested in and you can see more details about the product on its page, including photos and description.

How do I compare the prices of a product at different stores?

If a product is available at multiple stores, you will find the ‘Compare Prices at Other Stores’ option on the product page. You can then proceed to buy the product from the store that offers the best price.

Why can’t I find a product on ShopLyne?

While we hope to sell everything on ShopLyne someday, there will be times you can’t find a product you’re looking for. It’s likely we haven’t yet added stores in that particular product category. Or perhaps none of the stores on ShopLyne are selling the product you want. We’re still very young and we have stores signing up with us every single day. So check back soon and you’ll probably find what you’re looking for!

FIND STORES

How do I find makeup / gadget / home décor / other stores in my area and beyond?

To find stores in a particular product category, go to Search (the magnifying glass icon on the top menu) and type in what you’re looking for. The results will display stores in that category cross Mumbai, starting with the stores closest to you.

How do I see products of a particular store?

Tap on the store whose products you want to browse. The store page will display all the product categories available. Tap on the relevant category to see products.

I wanted to browse products at my favourite local store. But I can’t find it. What do I do?

On ShopLyne, you’ll only see local stores that have signed up with ShopLyne and your favourite store may not be one of them. But you can still invite them! To invite a store to ShopLyne, slide left and go to Invite Store. Browse from a list of stores in your chosen location and tap on the store you want to see on the app. Fill in the form and the ShopLyne team will try their best to get the store onboard, just for you!

How do I check out a store’s credibility before buying from it?

Every store on ShopLyne can be rated and reviewed by ShopLyne users. These ratings & reviews can be viewed on every store’s page. If you’re unsure, just check out the store’s ratings and reviews as given by other ShopLyne users before placing your order.

Order Products

How do I order a single product on ShopLyne?

When you see a product you want to buy, go to the product page and tap on Add to Cart on the bottom right of the product page. If you don’t want to shop further, tap on the shopping cart icon on the bottom left to confirm your order and proceed to checkout.

Can I order products from multiple stores on ShopLyne?

On ShopLyne, you can buy products from multiple local stores anywhere in the city and make a single payment on checkout! Whenever you see a product you want to buy, go to the product page and tap on Add to Cart on the bottom right of the product page. When you’re done shopping, tap on the shopping cart icon on the bottom left to confirm your total order and proceed to checkout.

I want some questions answered about a product before I order. Who can I ask?

For more information about a product, it’s best to call up the seller directly. Visit the store page and tap on Call at the bottom of the screen.

How do I cancel an order?

Delivery & Pickup

Can I ask for a delivery at a certain time when I’m home?

Absolutely! Add your preferred time of delivery and any other details you want in the Customer Note section during checkout and the seller will dispatch the delivery accordingly.

I have already placed an order at a store but have some questions about the product. How do I contact the seller?

You can contact a ShopLyne Seller at any point of the buying process for anything you need. Visit the store page and tap on Call at the bottom of the screen.

I had opted to pick up my order from the store but now I want it delivered or vice versa. What do I do?

A product I bought from a ShopLyne Seller is not what was advertised on the product page. What can I do?

Issues & Complaints

I’m very unhappy with the service provided by a ShopLyne Seller. What can I do?

We take the customer experience at ShopLyne very seriously and expect our stores to do the same. We’re so sorry to hear you had a bad experience with a seller. Please call Customer Support on 9969 333 666 or email us at customercare@shoplyne.in so that we can take the necessary action, depending on the situation. This can range from issuing a warning to the seller to discontinuing the store on ShopLyne completely.
We also suggest that you leave a rating and review on the store’s page so that other customers are aware of your experience.

Technical Problems

I’ve noticed a bug on the app. How do I report it?

Thank you for your support in helping us make ShopLyne better! To report an error, first log in. Then slide left on the home screen and go to Report Bug to report the issue. Our tech team will look into the matter and update you about the fix.
